Hi, I’m Raymond — a Deaf, queer, multi-hyphenated artist, real estate guide, and dream builder.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief that our spaces should tell the stories we are brave enough to live.

I grew up stitching dreams together — building Lego houses under the kitchen table, sketching murals on scrap paper, imagining spaces where life could unfold freely.

Life asked me to be strong before it let me be free.

I paused my dreams to show up for family, to survive, to carve a path forward.

But creativity never left. It waited — patient and steady — in yarn, in paint, in color, and quiet, until I could find my way back to it.

Today, I create original artwork, crochet wall hangings, and custom house portraits that blend story, memory, and heart.

Each piece is an invitation to slow down, to feel, to remember who we are becoming.

Whether it’s a fiber tapestry or a dreamlike painting, every creation is a small celebration of belonging.

Beyond the studio, I help first-time buyers — especially in the Deaf and LGBTQ+ communities — find homes that honor their journeys.

Through real estate, I don’t just help clients buy and sell houses — I help them claim their space, build their futures, and tell their stories.

I believe homes are more than structures — they are living poems, stitched together with laughter, quiet mornings, and brave new beginnings.

They deserve to be reflections of the people who inhabit them.

A typical day for me is a blend of creation and connection — painting in the morning light, answering real estate questions over coffee, crocheting while the sun sets, and celebrating each small step my clients and collectors take toward the lives they’re dreaming of.

Everything I do — whether it’s crafting a portrait or closing on a home — is rooted in storytelling, accessibility, and legacy.

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and empowered — to live surrounded by spaces that hold their history and their hope.

If you’re ready to invest in your dreams through art, home, or both, let’s build something beautiful together.
