Buying is a process, and it is a lot less stressful when you can see the whole road before you start. Here is how it works, and how I help at each step.
The process, step by step
Start with a conversation
We talk through what you want, where you want to be, your budget, and your timeline. No pressure and no obligation, just a clear picture of what is possible.
Financing and pre-approval
A lender reviews your income, credit, and debts and tells you what you can borrow. A pre-approval makes your offer serious when the right house appears.
Touring homes
We tour homes together and look past the photos: layout, condition, street, and how the house actually lives day to day.
Offer and contract
We set a price and terms together, then sign a Florida contract with deadlines and protections, including inspection and financing contingencies.
Inspection and appraisal
An inspector checks the home’s condition, and the lender orders an appraisal. If something serious shows up, we talk through your options before deciding.
Closing day
Final walkthrough, signing, and keys. I am with you through the paperwork so nothing at the table is a surprise.
Buying in American Sign Language
My signature service is the full buying process in ASL, directly with me: tours, offers, contracts, and closing, explained as we go, in the language you are most comfortable in. Service in English and Español as well.
