About Raymond

Hi, I’m Raymond — a Deaf, queer, multi-hyphenated artist, real estate guide, and creative soul on a mission to turn dreams into reality.

I grew up wanting to do it all — build houses, design clothes, paint murals, tell stories, and help people create lives they love. Life didn’t always make that easy. Like many of us, I put my dreams on hold to care for my family and survive adulthood. But creativity always found its way back to me — through yarn, paint, fabric, and the deep calling to build something meaningful, both for myself and for others.

Today, I create original artwork, crochet wall hangings, and custom house portraits that blend emotion with intention. Each piece I make is a reflection of my belief that your space should tell your story. Whether it’s a handmade fiber piece or a dreamlike painting, I pour care, color, and a little magic into everything I create.

Outside the studio, I help first-time buyers — especially in the Deaf and LGBTQ+ community — find homes and build wealth through real estate. I know what it feels like to want more but not know where to start. That’s why I use my voice (and hands, in ASL) to guide others toward financial freedom, one step at a time.

Everything I do is rooted in storytelling, accessibility, and legacy. I want you to feel empowered, inspired, and seen — whether you’re hanging art on your wall or walking into your very first home.

So if you’re ready to invest in your space, your future, or your story… I’m here for you. Let’s build something beautiful together.
