Refund and Returns Policy - Raymond Ramirez

Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Art and Commissioned Work

All sales of digital artwork and commissioned pieces are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once an order has been placed and confirmed. By purchasing digital content or commissioned work, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Physical Products: Crochet Pieces, Art Prints, and Original Paintings

All sales are considered final. Refunds and exchanges are generally not permitted, except for cases involving shipping damage or eligible crochet piece exchanges as outlined below.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. The notification must include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements may require additional processing and shipping time.

Crochet Piece Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with a crochet piece and wish to exchange it for another item, the following conditions apply:

• You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, a replacement piece will be issued.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed and may be subject to inventory at the time of the request.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Digital downloads

• Commissioned artwork

• Gift cards (if applicable)

Initiating a Return or Damage Claim

To initiate a return or report damage, please email hello@raymondramirez.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]” or “Damage Report – [Order Number].”

We will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Failure to comply with the terms outlined in this policy may result in the denial of a return, exchange, or replacement.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
